How much will shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of R80 on all orders under R500. For orders of R500 or more, delivery is free.

How will my order reach me?

We use a courier service for deliveries. We accept international orders via email – shipping costs will be quoted per order.

How long will it take?

Shipping via courier (in South Africa) can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days or more, depending on where you are. If you are in a major city, your parcel will likely reach you within a couple of business days. If in an outlying area, it may take longer. Please contact us if you would like to track your parcel and we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that the above times are shipping times only. Most of our orders take an additional 1 – 2 weeks before we can ship them, since most products are made to order. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure about how long your order will take, or if you need it within a certain amount of time.
